This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its regulations.
2. Personal Data Collected & Purposes
2a. Adviser contact form (individuals)
When a visitor submits the contact form on an adviser profile page, the following data is collected:
- First name, last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Subject and free-text message
- Optional qualification data: financial goal, estimated assets, investment horizon
Purpose: To transmit your contact details to the selected MAS-licensed adviser so they can follow up with you.
Legal basis: Explicit consent given at time of form submission, as required under the PDPA.
DNC Registry: By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted even if your number is registered on Singapore's Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, in accordance with the PDPA.
Retention: 12 months from submission, unless an earlier deletion is requested.
2b. Adviser registration form (professionals)
Financial advisers who register via /rejoindre/ provide:
- Firm name and MAS licence number
- Professional contact details (address, email, phone)
- Specialties and client profiles served
Purpose: Publication of the adviser profile in the directory and transmission of qualified enquiries.
Legal basis: Consent and contractual necessity.
Retention: Duration of the engagement + 3 years after termination.
2c. Navigation data
Anonymous technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected for audience analytics using a privacy-compliant tool. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal data is transmitted only to the MAS-licensed adviser you selected via the directory. That adviser is subject to their own PDPA obligations and to MAS conduct requirements under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
Advisor Index does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not use it for unsolicited marketing purposes.
Our technical processors (hosting: Vercel Inc.; database: Supabase Inc.) are contractually bound to handle data only on our instructions.
4. Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies (session, preferences). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
5. Your Rights under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
Right of Access
Obtain a copy of your personal data held by us.
Right of Correction
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent at any time (with prospective effect).
Right to Data Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Advisor Index implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: TLS encryption for all communications, restricted data access, and hosting with certified providers.

Advisor Index reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
